I have been visiting Elaine for many years for counselling, retreats, angelic breath workshops, group healing and sea swims. Every space Elaine holds is beautiful, calm and loving. Elaine helps me to see challenges in my life from a different perspective; to bring love and kindness to situations where I can feel stuck. She has helped all my children through difficult times in their lives by holding simple, quiet space for them... never pushy, always in love. I’ve been working intensively with Elaine now for a long time through her personal mentoring programme. I have gotten more out of this time than I ever thought possible. I have worked through and processed a lot of things with Elaine that I struggled to even acknowledge in years gone by. The support and safety I feel in working with Elaine has allowed me to address situations that terrified me before. Somehow, my work with Elaine has allowed me to not only feel freed from my past but also given me the strength and knowledge to feel that I can face anything the future may throw my way. This support has been absolutely precious to me recently as I have faced some of the most difficult circumstances of my entire life. I first heard about Elaine as many people do, by word of mouth through a friend. I had been wanting to try reiki/energy healing for a long time but felt that I really needed to find someone who was a good fit for me. Call it intuition but when this particular friend told me of Elaine, I just knew that she was the person I wanted to explore this with. I had my first appointment for reiki healing with Elaine 4 years ago and I felt seen and understood in a way I had never before. Elaine has an incredible warmth, she is a true Earth mother providing a safe space and anchor for healing and going deeper with oneself. I felt bowled over by her insight and ability to ‘tune in’ and see the unspoken. Since that first appointment, I have continued to be a regular client of Elaine over the years. I have completed level 1 and 2 reiki with Elaine and found her to be a wonderful teacher and someone who truly lives and breathes what she teaches. I have attended many of Elaine’s breathe work groups which have brought some of the most nourishing and healing moments in my life and brought me so much insight. Finding breathe work through Elaine, attending both one to one and groups has been a little life changing for me. Each experience totally unique and always hard to express in words. Over the years I have also attended sister circles at Elaine’s beautiful home and met many wonderful and inspirational women. Those days have been so special and invaluable. Elaine has a unique gift for leading groups and holding space. She is one of the most inspiring women I have ever met and she is truly gifted. I feel very blessed to know her and have been guided, supported and taught by her.

I've been telling everyone about the classes and how beneficial I've found them. I don't think any sort of healing it a "one size fixes all". But your classes are so damn empowering but also make me feel looked after and held. Thank you for creating that space, it's exactly what I need and has helped me shift some very heavy energy.
